Sandra had many psychic experiences over the years and most of them were very unpleasant. One of the spontaneous events involved the ‘lucid dream’ of the house of a serial killer and the locations his victims. She dismissed it as ‘just a bad dream’ until two weeks later the man was arrested and the house was on television. Troubled by the thought of having knowledge about these serious crimes without being able to give a ‘normal explanation’, she eventually decided to share her additional information with the police. The police commissioner was impressed that she presented more information than was ever put out to the public.

In 2007 Sandra assisted Police with the first name, initials, description, age bracket, identikit sketch and full profile of an arsonist who set approximately fifteen fires to barns and empty houses in a small village. With thirty-five detectives on the case and military units with night vision camera’s, the police detective taking her statement was more than surprised that she was able to name and describe the person they had under surveillance as a person of interest! At that stage that information was only known to the team working on the case. Caught in the act, the arsonist was arrested two weeks later.

She decided to do something useful with this otherwise ‘troublesome gift’, when a  friend pointed her in the direction of FindMe.
